End User License Agreement

This draft EULA grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use Vantedge Alpha software for the licensed product tier and authorized devices.

License Scope

Licenses may be limited by product, version, device count, subscription status, and entitlement scope. Circumventing licensing, redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

Availability

Services may require internet connectivity for activation, heartbeat checks, updates, downloads, telemetry, or abuse prevention. Production legal terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public sale.
